Strong winds and rains brought about by Severe Tropical Storm Ulysses (Vamco) have began to pummel the Subic Bay Freeport Zone and Olongapo City at past 1 AM today, Nov. 12, 2020. Expected to cross Central Luzon and emerge over the western seaboard of Zambales, according to DOST-Pag-Asa, Ulysses is the 21st Tropical Cyclone to enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility this year.
