they narrow the river sta monica ,not dredge the rivers ,more people, houses and trees chopped down .
no where for the waste sewage andseptics to drain off to
things can only get better ?
ha ha , we all know these new records for disaster each year will get broken next

kailangan talaga magbawas na tayo ng basura at paggamit ng plastic. mahirap kasi ung puro tayo sana…sana…pero di naman natin ginagawa ang dapat nating gawin sa sarili nating bakuran.

Not only that. Filipinos never learn that throwing garbage everywhere clogs the drainage. And the fact that they hardly have decent drainage in the first place.

naumpisahan na kasi ang pagbaha 1st time na mataas eh nung 2009 tapos yearly na… then this year grabe ng taas as you experienced dyan sa Gapo… di na normal ung taas ng tubig… dati rati gang tuhod lang pag bumaha dyan sa Rizal Ave… after that naging gang bewang… then last few days lang lampas tao na…. then whats next??? nkakatakot… dpat sna maaksyonan agad ng City Government kung anu man ang naiisip nilang dpat na remedyo sa problema…

Very true, ever since they stopped the dredging the river in West Bajac Bajac, flood water is already seeking it\s way to the public market, the level of the riverbed is already higher than most of the establishment in the city proper.
