Police Says American “Abducted” in Olongapo
AMERICAN national John Nash of Ocean Adventure was forcibly taken by 10 armed men in Bgy. Barretto, Olongapo City on Friday night, the Olongapo City Police Office (OCPO) has reported.
According to PInsp. Vivianne A. Reyes, OCPO chief public information officer, the armed men fled aboard five vehicles with Nash towards the national highway.
She said police investigators are gathering video footages of establishments in the area for “possible identification of the suspects.”
Nash, who openly brags about being an operative of the US Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), has also been telling stories of his involvement in arming conflicting groups in Mindanao.

Last month, he confided to acquaintances of an attempt to abduct him, even naming the possible brains behind the failed abduction.
Meanwhile, sources in the business community of expats at Bgy. Barretto say Nash was not abducted but arrested by National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Operatives.
Nash allegedly runs a large international drug syndicate that caught the attention of the NBI, the sources said, but the NBI conducted the operation without coordinating with the OCPO for unknown reasons.
He is allegedly in custody at the NBI headquarters in Taft Avenue, Manila but no confirmation of this has been made as of this time. (VVV)
