Mayor Rolen C. Paulino reported that his 1st year in office saw the city create a more conducive atmosphere for business, an improved Peace & Order situation, enhanced delivery of basic services and other inroads. He also reported that despite the gargantuan debt the previous administration left behind, he has put in place measures to ensure that projects to protect the city from floods and calamities, as well as construction and repair of roads, are implemented to make life better for Olongapo residents and visitors.
