Alexandra Rafaelle S. Seva, 12, is Olongapo City’s Little Mayor

LITTLE MAYOR. Alexandra Rafaelle Santos Seva, 12, a grade 6 pupil of Special Education for the Gifted (SpED G), East Kalayaan, Subic Bay Freeport is this year’s “Little Mayor” of Olongapo City. “This experience had taught me more about responsible leadership and has made me more aware of current issues in our community,” she said after the brief activity.

Alex is the daughter of Susan Santos Seva, franchisee and chief instructor at Kumon Philippines, Inc. and RJ Seva, GMA vice president for Radio Sales. School paper adviser teacher Ina Lim-Habacon encouraged Alex to assume the post, according to her mother Susan. Alex is her school’s Supreme Pupil Government Mayor.
