SBMA’s Escolango elected VP of Prestigious Government Lawyers Association

SUBIC Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) Deputy Administrator (DA) for Legal Affairs Atty. Randy B. Escolango has been unanimously elected vice president of the Philippine Association of Government Corporate Lawyers (PAGCLAW).

Escolango and the other officers for 2017-2018, Jaime T. DF Veyra of PMDC, president; Atty. Judy Carol L. Dansal of NFA, secretary; Atty. Datu Reza Sinsuat of SPDA, asst. secretary; Atty. Maria Concepcion A. Gloria-Rubio of Pagcor, treasurer; Atty. Cesar Cabanas, asst. treasurer; and Atty. Deogracias dela Cruz Diez of Land Bank, auditor, took their oath before Dept. Of Justice (DoJ) Sec. Vitaliano Aguirre recently.

Joining the officers in the Board of Trustees are Justice Elpidio J. Vega, chairman of the Office of the Govt. Corporate Counsel (OGCC); Atty. Alexei Cardenas of GSIS; Atty. Teresa Gaerlan, of SS COM; Atty. Rene Gaerlan of DBP; Atty. Isabelo Gumaru of PHILEXIM; Atty. Arcadio Benitez of HGC; and, Atty. Jay L. Brual of PDIC.

Escolango was Officer in Charge (OIC) Administrator of SBMA before President Duterte appointed a regular administrator who assumed office in January this year.
