OEDC’s “Walk for a Fire-Free and Fire-Safe Nation”
March 2017 – Olongapo Electricity Distribution Co., Inc. (OEDC) participated in Bureau of Fire Protection’s “Walk for a Fire-Free and Fire-Safe Nation” as it signifies the beginning of the four-week event. This has also been participated by BFP personnel, fire volunteers, public servants, NGOs, private companies and people from all walks of life.
The unity walk started around 5:30 in the morning at SM City Olongapo and ended at Rizal Triangle with a simple program with a brief discussion about the importance and dangers of using fire leaded by City Fire Marshal Roy D. Quisto.
