RENO, Nev.- Phaedra Jessen, an oceanographer with Fleet Numerical Meteorological and Oceanographic Center (FNMOC), demonstrates a sensor buoy with visitors to the University of Nevada – Reno’s Fleischmann Planetarium. FNMOC is one of the many units in Reno for Reno Navy Week.
