The 2023 Division World Teachers’Day Celebration and Awarding of Outstanding Teaching, Teaching -Related and Non-Teaching Personnel

Olongapo City, Philippines – (October 5, 2023) – Donald Q. Gramonte, Teacher II of Kalalake National High School, was hailed as the Most Outstanding Secondary High School Teacher in the Schools Division Of Olongapo in the 2023 Division World Teacher’s Day Celebration held at SM Central Conference Hall.
As a gesture of appreciating the dedication and unparalleled commitment of our teachers in educating the future leaders of this country, the Schools Division Office of Olongapo City in coordination with Olongapo City Public School Teachers and Employees Association (OCPSTEA), Public Elementary Schools Principals Association (PESPA), Principals Association of Secondary Schools ( PASSPA) and National Employees Union (NEU-Olongapo City Chapter), led this recognition program.
In line with this activity is the commencement of the 2023 Search for Outstanding Teaching, Teaching-Related and Non-Teaching Personnel under the Division Memorandum No. 242, s. 2022 entitled “Policy on Rewards and Recognition System of SDO Olongapo City”. The search is an annual initiative of the Office dedicated to appreciating and promoting exceptional performance in education of those who have displayed commitment, dedication, and professionalism in the discharge of their duties and in accomplishing more than what is stipulated in their job description.
Among other recognitions were awarded to Miss Rizza B. Pansacula, named as Second Place in the HEAD Teacher category and Miss Crissalyn Villamento, named as 2nd Place in the SPED Division, both serving at Kalalake National High School.
