Vittorio Vicenzo G. Vizcocho V wins the MSO Concerto Competition 2025 – Level B 13-18 years old (Violin) and will perform solo with the Manila Symphony Orchestra at the Concert of Winners on October 15, 2025 | GSIS Theater, Pasay City.
Sixteen-year-old Vittorio Vicenzo G. Vizcocho V, fondly called Vinci, is a young Filipino violinist whose passion for music began at the age of eight. A Grade 11 student of Seton Home Study School, Vinci continues to balance academic excellence with his growing musical journey.
He is a dedicated member of the Manila Symphony Junior Orchestra (MSJO), an award-winning youth orchestra that represented the Philippines in two prestigious European competitions, the Summa Cum Laude International Music Festival in Vienna and the Bratislava Music Festival in Slovakia, where the MSJO earned international recognition. Vinci’s participation in these remarkable performances reflects his deep commitment and love for ensemble playing.
In 2024, he was named a finalist in the NAMCYA Salinlahing Musika Junior Strings Category, further showcasing his individual artistry. Guided by Maestro Jeffrey Solares, Vinci continues to nurture his gift with discipline and passion, performing with the soulful expressiveness of a young artist destined for greater stages.
