PLDT Telerewards Registration Promo 2012
Promo Mechanics:
1) Promo is open to:
All PLDT Subictel Home (residential) subscribers who successfully* register to the PLDT Telerewards from August 1 to September 30, 2012. (PLDT Telerewards is a rewards program for PLDT (and its subsidiaries) subscribers where they can earn points on their SM Advantage, BDO Rewards, or Prestige Cards when they pay their PLDT bills.)
*Successful registration means that after the registration process, subscriber will receive a successful registration text message from sender ‘PLDT TELEWARDS’. Registrations which result in an On-Hold: LOA required status must first submit the signed LOA for their registration to be completed as successful. Registrations which result in an On-Hold: SMAC Expired status must first renew their SM Advantage Cards or SM Prestige Cards in order to successfully complete their registration.
2) Registrants will receive one of the following messages via SMS from ‘PLDT TELEREWARDS’:
-SUCCESSFUL registration: Congratulations! You are already enrolled in PLDT Telerewards. For more information pls. call 171. -ONHOLD – req.LOA registration: Thank you for your interest to register your SM Advantage Card to PLDT Tele Rewards. But we shall put your registration ON HOLD as we wait for the letter of authorization (LOA) signed by the PLDT Subscriber on record. Your registration will be processed as soon as LOA is received by PLDT customer service. For more information, please call 171. -ONHOLD – SMAC INVALID registration: Thank you for your interest to register your SM Advantage Card to PLDT Tele Rewards. However, we cannot process your request due to invalid SM Advantage Card (SMAC) Number. Pls check this concern with SMAC hotline # 833-8888. Once you’ve settled this concern, you may call our 171 or go to PLDT business office to re-process your registration. -ONHOLD – SMAC EXPIRED registration: Your SM Advantage Card is expired. Meanwhile, we will put your registration ON HOLD. We will re-process your registration once you renewed your card. For more information, pls call 171.
3) Subscribers whose telephone lines are Temporarily Disconnected and/or Permanently Disconnected at the time of registration are not eligible to join this promo.
4) Promo will run on these dates from August 1, 2012 to September 30, 2012.
5) PLDT Subictel subscribers may register to the Telerewards program by:
-Calling 171 -Going to PLDT Subictel Business Office or other nearest PLDT Business Ofice -Via Telerewards ‘pointguards’ stationed at SM malls nationwide
6) PLDT Subictel subscribers who successfully register to the PLDT Telerewards program within the promo period will receive 75 bonus points on their SM Advantage Card.
7) Only those successfully registered WITHIN the promo period will be awarded the 75 points.
8) The 75 bonus points are equivalent to PhP75.
9) Cardholders may redeem their points at SM Malls nationwide in participating stores.
10) Subscribers who successfully register within the promo period are also eligible to win in a raffle that will be held after the promo period.
11) Only those successfully registered WITHIN the promo period will be eligible for the raffle.
12) Eligible member-subscribers have a chance to win a 2-minute shopping spree at designated SM Supermarkets. -Shopping spree will be at a pre-determined SM Supermarket location at pre-determined time – Winner will have two (2) minutes to shop using one (1) standard shopping cart – At the end of the two (2) minutes, winner will be asked to stop shopping – Only the items that will remain on the cart will be included in the checkout; items that fall or drop off will not be included
13) Ten (10) winners of the 2-minute shopping spree will be drawn.
14) Electronic draw for the Grand Prizes will be held on October 5, 2012 (Friday) 3:00PM at the MGO Building, Dela Rosa Street, Makati City.
15) Eligible member-subscribers may only win once.
16) Winners will be notified by PLDT via registered mail, e-mail, SMS, and callout.
17) Prizes are not convertible to cash.
18) Winners may redeem their 2-minute shopping spree at the SM Supermarket specified by PLDT. PLDT will provide the details in the winning letter and will be mentioned in the call out to be conducted by PLDT.
19) Redemption period of prize is 60 days from receipt of registered mail; otherwise, it will be forfeited in favor of PLDT with prior DTI approval.
20) Winners will be informed of procedures and location for claiming of prizes by callout and by registered mail. Winners must present two (2) valid IDs with picture and the official notification.
21) Employees of PLDT, SMART, SBI, MCI, SM Supermarket, SM Hypermarket, SM Savemore and its affiliates, its advertising and promotions agencies including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from this raffle.

2) Participant may avail of other ongoing promotions of PLDT.
