Customs Apprehend Scrapper

SUBIC CUSTOMS Officer Wreigh Gregorio of the Customs Intelligence & Investigation Service (CIIS) inspects the 14-wheeler truck of BONAPOR, owned by one Bonifacio Aporo, which was used in an attempt to spirit out of the Freeport scrap materials from the former Subic Power Plant without paying taxes and other fees.
