“Miss World Megan Young Comes Home”

MISS WORLD Megan Young returned to her “home community” in Olongapo and Subic Bay with the warmest welcome ever afforded a personality.

Reeling from the difficulties and billions of pesos of damages brought about by the recent floods and a leptospirosis outbreak, Megan Young provided her city mates pride and honor by winning the Miss World Title, the first ever by a Filipino in the history of the pageant.
