Blue Spoon Culinaire Inc. Batch 69. The culinary school offers six (6) months of intensive individual hands-on training in International and Asian Cuisine and Pastry. Blue Spoon Culinaire’s Chef-instructors Adrian Viray and Andrea Ledesma Viray are professionals in the food industry, thus, their students are assured of an advantage in choosing the culinary school in which to learn the basics of the trade.

According to Chef Adrian, Blue Spoon Culinaire “leads students to a cross-cultural journey that brings out their innovation creativity and personal enrichment.” He added “we take pride in our individual hands-on practical classes where students are given the opportunity in every session to sample dishes to develop their palate, enhance plating skills and become independent in the kitchen. At the end of the day, the students are able to take home the dish they create for their own family’s experience.”
