Olongapo City Mayor Rolen C. Paulino (middle) stresses a point when he guested recently at the Freeport Media Forum, a bi-monthly forum of the Samahang Media sa Subic Freeport (SMSF). Paulino said the crime solution efficiency in the city remains good and that compared to other cities and municipalities, Olongapo still has the lowest incidents of crime in Central Luzon.
