ELECTRIC POWER. Jose Maria A. Abaya (2nd frm R) recently guested at the Freeport Media Forum at My Mommy’s House of Kare-Kare (MMK beside Subic Gym). Abaya explained the inroads in the upgrade of power distribution system in Olongapo, specially on measures to avoid, if not eliminate, prolonged power outages in the event of both nature and man-made disturbances or disasters.
