Subic Enerzone Tree-Planting Activity

 

Subic EnerZone Corporation (SEZ) held its tree-planting activity in Barangay Cawag, Subic, Zambales last July 28. SEZ AVP & General Manager Warell Sario led more than 60 SEZ team members and contractors in planting 3,600 tree saplings on a two-hectare land in Mt, Malingao, Sitio Malingao, Barangay Cawag.

The activity was in coordination with the Subic Cawag Upland Farmers Association (SCUFA) headed by its chairman Marciano Saclauso Sr.

SEZ planted 1,500 saplings of fruit bearing trees such as guyabano, caimito, avocado, duhat, and santol; and 2,100 saplings of three species of Acacia forest trees such as Acacia native, Acacia Aure, and Acacia Mangium
