Sulong Zambales Party is ready for 2016

Homegrown political party Sulong Zambales has consolidated its ranks and is fielding a full ticket for local electoral posts come May 2016 elections.
Led by Zambales Gov. Hermogenes “Jun” Ebdane, Jr., the Sulong Zambales Party (SZP) recently conducted a two-day party convention at Balin Sambali Hostel in Iba, Zambales.
After the convention, Ebdane presented SZP’s official candidates for provincial, congressional and municipal positions.
SZP was founded by Ebdane in 2012 in preparation for his second successful attempt for the province’s top post. He is running for a third term as governor.
“The Sulong Zambales Party is meant to be our guiding light as we collectively work together for economic, political and social reforms, while maintaining the policies and agenda that will advance the interest of the province and the welfare of Zambalenos,” Ebdane said.
Incumbent party president is Jun Omar Ebdane, provincial administrator and former 2nd District congressman who is not running for any position in the coming May elections.
