US AIR FORCE BAND PERFORMS AT SM CITY OLONGAPO

The U.S. Air Force Band of the Pacific” (PACAF) visited the Philippines as part of the annual hot air balloon celebration in Clark Freeport Zone, Angeles City, Pampanga.
The PACAF Band is a traveling military rock band that performs across the Pacific region.
They perform popular, country, Top 40, classic rock, and dance music as they travel from Southeast Asia, to India, to Australia, and even the Polynesian Islands.
They rendered live permormances at SM City Clark in Pampanga on Feb. 10 and SM City Olongapo on Feb. 11, drawing appreciative crowds of all ages.
Clark and Subic used to host U.S. bases, which shut down in 1992, thus, residents, particularly of the older generation, are acquianted with performing U.S. Military musical bands.
 


 

The U.S. Air Force Band of the Pacific performed at SM City Olongapo on Saturday, Feb. 11, 2012 to the warm welcome of residents of all ages. Composed of MSgt. Michael Williams, MSgt. Paula Goetz, SSgt Clint Whitney, SSgt. Ryan Manzi, SSgt Daniel Santos, SSgt.Mike Henrie, SSgt. Brad Femiak, Sr., A Jordan Kimble, and Maj Michael Willen, the band wowed the crowd with songs of yesteryears and some new hits. Olongapo City used to host Subic Naval Base, the biggest U.S. Military facility outside the U.S. mainland, which shut down in 1992. (SBN Photos)
