OLONGAPO City Mayor Rolen C. Paulino (2nd frm R) was guest recently at the Samahan ng Mamamahayag sa Subic Bay Freeport (SMSBF) media forum, hosted by SMSBF president and Subic Bay News publisher Vic V. Vizcocho, Jr., (2nd frm L), Willy Capulong (R) and Rey Dungog (L), taped-as-live at MMK (My Mommy’s House of Kare-Kare) beside Remy Field and Subic Gym, Subic Freeport and aired on Sundays, 9-10 AM at 89.5 Bay FM (Subic Bay Radio). Paulino revealed at the Freeport Media Forum that for the first time in seven (7) years, Olongapo recorded positive revenue earnings, a feat his two-year-old administration achieved with sound management practices and diligent spending, addressing mainly health & social services, peace & order and infrastructure, among others.
