SAN FELIPE IS COUNTRY’S “MOST BUSINESS-FRIENDLY TOWN”

Varela hands over the plaque (left photo) that recognizes San Felipe, Zambales as the most business-friendly municipality in the entire Philippines, to Mayor Carolyn S. Fariñas during ceremonies at Manila Hotel recently.Aside from the plaque , San Felipe also won a school building to be funded and constructed by the PCCI as reward for the outstanding feat achieved under Farinas’ stewardship of the town.
