Rescue Training

Members of the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority’s Fire and Rescue Team launch a rubber boat as they train on rapid deployment for flood rescue in preparation for the coming rainy season. The SBMA rescuers, along with other local rescue teams from flood-prone areas in Zambales, received advanced training on swift-water rescue from the Hawaii National Guard during the Balikatan exercises held at the Subic Bay Freeport Zone early last month.
