DAY-LONG RAINS FLOOD AREAS IN OLONGAPO CITY
As of 11 PM, floodwaters brought about by the almost day-long continuous rains have subsided in most parts of Olongapo City, while some areas, including major roads leading to and from the Ulo ng Apo Rotonda, remains flooded. Subic Bay News video shows the receding floodwaters at Rizal Ave. fronting AMA Computer College towards the Ulo ng Apo.
