SINGAPORE DELEGATION. As part of the official trip to the country of Singapore President Tony Tan Keng Yam, the Philippines-Singapore Business Council (PSBC) Business Mission to the Philippines sent a delegation to tour Keppel Subic Shipyard, seen here posing before the 1,500 ton gantry crane, the biggest in South East Asia.
