PHIBLEX 14 Update

Lance Cpl. Wesley V. The Bangalore is a breaching charge used against barriers such as concertina wire. PHIBLEX 14 is a bilateral training exercise designed to improve interoperability, increase readiness, and enhance the ability for a bilateral force to respond to natural disasters or other regional contingencies.
