  • Toll Restrictions – limits an individual user to access the NDD/IDD features of a particular local.
  • Call Transfer – allows the user to transfer existing call to other user’s extension
  • Call Forward – allows incoming call to a particular extension to be automatically forwarded to another extension that have been programmed
  • Call Pick-upallows users to answer calls intended for other extension within the group
  • Call waiting – a feature that allows user to be notified that another call is waiting to be answered. A tone or a repeating series of buzzes will be heard
  • Conference –  this feature allows the users to be included in the conversation while others are still engaged. Maximum of six participants are allowed.
  • Ring Again – when dialing a particular local that is busy, this feature allows the user to be notified while engaged by just dialling  a code.

  • Automated Attendant a feature which allows callers to be automatically transferred to a user’s extension/local without the intervention of a receptionist or operator.
  • Voicemail is a feature which allows the users to leave important messages on the active mailbox of each local.
  • Call Accounting is a software that records, translates,  and reports  on telephone call activity. Hotels, hospitals and other hospitality environments utilize call accounting to resell telephone calls to their clientele.
