ZPC – HARBOR POINT MALL PHOTO CONTEST
THE WINNERS OF THE 1ST ZAMBALES PHOTOGRAPHY CLUB (ZPC) – HARBOR POINT MALL photo contest with the theme “Spirit of Christmas. ”Kevin Salonga won 1st place while 1st runner-up was the entry of Subic Bay News publisher Vic V. Vizcocho, Jr. who is also VP of ZPC. Other winners are the entries of IChris Quijano, 2nd runner-up, Dr. Solomon ‘Dok Jay” Jacalme, head of SBMA Health Dept., 3d runner-up and Robin C. Tuazon, 4th runner-up.
