SBMA Adopts Electronic Billing Payment System (eBPS)

Over the years, the efficiency of SBMA’s collection and billing system has increased significantly.

Recently, SBMA, in cooperation with Landbank of the Philippines and InterCommerce, went a step further and launched the Electronic Billing Payment System (EBPS).

“It is SBMA’s solution to the growing payment transactions, which has reached an average of over 300 billings daily,” said SBMA OIC Administrator Randy B. Escolango.

“EBPS will allow locators and residents to pay their billing statements on line anytime,” he added, “the system is SBMA’s latest innovation to improve service to locators and residents.”

EBPS, Escolango said does not only stand for Electronic Billing Payment System. It also stands for:

E = Effciency. It will solve long quees and process billing statements faster and more accurately.

B = Broader network. It will expand the agency’s reach in collection system and accommodate more locators and residents receipt of payments on line.

P = Public Service. It is SBMA’s way of delivering quaility customer service to its locators and residents.

S = Synergy. it is an integration of systems, processess, and resources of our partners, SBMA, Landbank and InterCommerce coming together to provide this on line payment platform .
