NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

A public hearing will be held on Monday, November 23, 2015 at 9:00AM at the

Subic Bay Exhibition and Convention Center (SBECC) VIP II located at Efficiency

St., Subic Gateway Park, SBFZ, for the purpose of presenting to the public and

soliciting comments on the SBMA Board of Directors’ Resolution No. 15-10-5541 providing for:

1.) The New Schedule of Registration Fees for Public Transportation.
2.) The opening up and distribution by way of lottery of thirty (30) additional
taxi slots for individuals only, subject to the payment of Php50,000.00
entrant fee; limited to one (1) unit per individual.
3.)The replacement of units by the unit owners and operators
